About Your Trip

Join Captain Moe and his experienced crew for a laid-back, fun-filled day fishing the famous Galveston jetties—one of the most productive and scenic spots on the Texas coast. Whether you're looking to spend quality time with the family, try something new, or just enjoy a day on the water, this trip offers a great way to experience what Galveston fishing is all about.

With over 30 years of combined experience, Captain Moe and his team
know these waters well. They’ll guide you to some of the best areas along the jetties where a variety of species tend to hang out. On any given day, you might hook into Redfish, Sheepshead, Speckled Trout, and Black Drum, all known for their steady presence around the rocks and structure.

This trip uses a range of fishing techniques including bottom fishing, live bait setups, topwater casting, and light or heavy tackle depending on your target and conditions. The crew will take care of all the gear—rods, reels, tackle, and bait are fully included—so you can focus on enjoying the experience.

You'll be fishing aboard a 37’ Contender center console equipped with modern navigation technology and Starlink internet, allowing you to stay connected while you're out on the water. The boat comfortably fits up to 6 guests and has plenty of space to move around, making it a solid choice for families, groups of friends, or mixed-experience crews.

Captain Moe’s trips are beginner-friendly, kid-friendly, and even disability-friendly—everyone is welcome. The crew is happy to help with baiting hooks, casting lines, and offering tips if you're just getting started. At the end of the trip, they’ll clean and fillet your catch at no extra cost so you can enjoy your fish later that day.

Just bring your drinks (no glass), snacks, sun protection, and your favorite playlist for the boat’s Bluetooth sound system. Morning and afternoon trips are available to suit your schedule.

Whether you're a first-timer or a regular on the water, Captain Moe’s jetty trip offers a relaxed, well-supported way to enjoy Galveston fishing at its finest.
