Join Captain Bob for a fun and family-friendly White Bass fishing trip across the scenic waters of Fort Gibson Lake, Grand Lake O' the Cherokees, and Lake Hudson in Wagoner, Oklahoma. Available primarily from June through August, with select trips offered in April depending on water conditions, this 4-hour adventure is a fantastic choice for families, kids, and even corporate groups looking for a laid-back and action-packed day on the water.

You’ll be fishing aboard Captain Bob’s 22’ Epic Center Console, powered by a 250HP Evinrude engine. The boat is built for comfort and fishing efficiency, outfitted with essential gear including a GPS, fishfinder, and live bait well. While there’s no restroom onboard, the boat is spacious, stable, and ideal for small groups of up to six anglers, including young kids and guests with disabilities.

On your trip, you’ll use a mix of fishing techniques to stay on the bite, including light tackle, heavy tackle, jigging, trolling, sight casting, bottom fishing, topwater fishing, and live bait fishing. Captain Bob provides all rods, reels, tackle, and live bait, so all you need to do is bring your personal items, snacks, and drinks.

The primary target is White Bass, known for their hard strikes and fast action, making them perfect for anglers of all experience levels. Hybrid Striped Bass are also in the mix and offer exciting bonus catches throughout the day. Whether you’re a beginner learning the basics or a seasoned angler looking for non-stop action, Captain Bob will tailor the experience to your group’s needs.

Fish cleaning is included, so you’ll leave with fresh fillets ready to take home and enjoy. Remember, an Oklahoma fishing license is required for everyone fishing, so be sure to pick one up before your trip.

With flexible departure times at 8:00 AM or 1:00 PM, kid-friendly accommodations, and the option to adjust the meeting location based on what’s most convenient, Captain Bob makes it easy to enjoy a smooth, hassle-free day on the water. And if bad weather forces a cancellation, you won’t lose your deposit.

My name is Bob, and Im a life long outdoor enthusiast, I also have done concrete work since I was in my teens. I had a God given dream to be a fishing guide. In 2015 I was able to buy the boat for it and I started guiding in 2016 and kept my big commercial job. I became so busy that I walked away from my commercial superintendent job and started guiding full time. We are family friendly, we love God, we love kids, and we do are best to make our clients memories to last a lifetime. We supply all gear and drinks, we fillet and bag fish and chunk and bag spoonbill. We do catfish, white bass, and spoonbill trips , all when species are in season. We go to multiple lakes and use multiple techniques, we love to hunt , we love Dogs, and we love people.

How did you get started guiding?

It's been a life long dream to guide , I never could afford the boat it took to guide in , I was a commercial concrete superintendent, this job didn't make me happy , I decided to start the business small and when I retired I'd have clients , it actually got in the way of my concrete job and made them angry , I walked away after a few years and guide full time

What makes you different from other guides?

There is alot of top quality guides out there , They all try hard and are very talented, I'd say my center console boat is something that is different, a smooth ride NAMED THE BLESSING , GODS BOAT , WE JUST RUN IT

We supply all gear and water , we will clean 20 fish per person , you can bring Snacks if you choose

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

The deposit for this trip is non-refundable except for weather-related cancellations. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
