About Your Trip

Get ready for an unforgettable day of inshore fishing along the Jersey Shore with Captain Frank, launching out of Clarks Landing Marina in Point Pleasant, NJ. Whether you're chasing the explosive runs of False Albacore, the topwater chaos of Bluefish, the powerful pull of Striped Bass, or the tasty reward of a doormat Fluke, this trip is designed to deliver a thrilling multi-species experience.

With over 15 years of experience fishing waters from New Jersey
to Florida, Captain Frank brings a deep knowledge of seasonal patterns and fish behavior. He’s spent countless hours fine-tuning techniques for every species you might encounter, and he takes great pride in giving anglers the opportunity to connect with a variety of hard-fighting Northeast game fish.

Depending on the time of year and conditions, your day might include casting into surface blitzes for Bonito and Albies, working light tackle around structure for Stripers and Blues, or drifting bucktails and bait for Fluke. The action is constantly changing—and that’s part of what makes this trip so exciting. Whether you’re an experienced angler chasing your next challenge or a newcomer looking to try something new, Captain Frank will tailor the day’s game plan to maximize your chances of success.

His tournament-rigged vessel is fully equipped with top-tier gear and a wide selection of tackle to meet any scenario, so you're always fishing with the right tools for the job. From live bait to plugs to jigs, you’ll have access to the techniques and gear that get results.

This trip isn’t just about catching one fish—it’s about the full experience of Northeast inshore fishing. Captain Frank runs a clean, comfortable, and professional operation, prioritizing both safety and enjoyment. His boat is meticulously maintained, and his friendly, instructional approach ensures that everyone—from seasoned veterans to first-timers—feels right at home on the water.

Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather. If the forecast calls for rain or wind, pack some rain gear. In the spring or fall, bring an extra layer like a sweater or jacket. Sunscreen, a hat, and polarized sunglasses are always a good idea. And if you're hoping to take some fresh fillets home, bring a cooler (just leave it in the car until the trip is over). A camera or phone is a must—there’s no better way to capture the moment when the bite turns on.

Please note: Drugs and hard liquor are not allowed on board. Beer is fine in moderation, but intoxicated behavior will end the trip early. Firearms and knives are also prohibited. Treat the boat and gear with care—guests are responsible for any damages due to negligence. A 15–20% tip for the hardworking mate is customary and always appreciated.

If you need to reschedule, please give at least one week's notice. Short-notice cancellations result in a forfeited deposit, though Captain Frank will do his best to work with you on finding another date. If rescheduling this season isn’t possible, your deposit can be applied to a future trip.

Whether you're after your personal best or simply looking to enjoy a fun, fast-paced day chasing a mix of prized inshore species, this trip offers the perfect blend of variety, action, and expert guidance. Captain Frank is ready to put you on the fish—come aboard and experience what Jersey Shore fishing is all about!
