About Your Trip

Head out on a 5-hour nearshore Gulf adventure packed with action and variety. This trip covers the productive nearshore waters where bottom fishing and trolling combine to give your group the best shot at a mixed bag of whatever is biting and in season. Depending on the time of year, that could mean red snapper, grouper, amberjack, king mackerel, cobia, mahi-mahi, or a handful of other Gulf species that call these waters home. Your captain knows the bottom structure, current breaks, and seasonal patterns that put fish in the box, adjusting tactics as the day unfolds to keep rods bent.

The setup is as straightforward as it gets. All tackle, bait, rods, reels, and licenses are included, so your group shows up ready to fish. Bring a small soft-sided cooler loaded with snacks and drinks to keep you fueled throughout the trip, and please leave the glass at home. The boat is yours for the day, just your group and your captain, who also serves as your mate, keeping lines rigged, bait fresh, and fish coming over the rail.

When you return to the dock, the work is already handled. Your catch gets cleaned, deboned, and vacuum-sealed in bags so it is ready to go straight into the freezer, onto your grill, or over to a local restaurant that will cook your catch the way you like it. There is no messier ending to a great day on the water than this.

All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.

This trip is managed by an outfitter. Josh will be your point of contact and you will go out with one of their guides.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 5 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 5 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
