Independent Guide
I’m a lifelong Mainer, an avid outdoorsman, and a proud family man. When I’m not guiding or out exploring new water, you’ll often find me spending time with my wife and kids—usually golfing together or enjoying one of our many outdoor adventures. In the winter, I love tying flies by the woodstove, and many of those creations end up in my fly boxes and eventually on the water with clients. My goal is always to share the best of Maine’s outdoors with others, creating memorable days on the water for anglers of all ages.

I’m a lifelong Mainer, an avid outdoorsman, and a proud family man. When I’m not guiding, I’m usually spending time with my wife and kids—often golfing together as a family or exploring the outdoors. In the winter, I’m tying flies by the woodstove, and many of those end up in my fly boxes and eventually on the water with clients.

I got started with fishing from my dad at the young age of two. We didn’t have a boat—we fished local ponds and small streams from shore and spent countless days walking the brooks of western Maine with nothing more than a rod, a couple bobbers, some hooks, and a pack of worms. I was reeling in yellow perch, sunfish, and the occasional brook trout before I even understood what fishing really was. Those simple early adventures shaped the passion I bring to every guided trip today.
