About Your Trip

Step aboard with Captain Brian and get ready to slow down, soak it in, and make some unforgettable memories on the inshore waters of New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, and Oak Hill. Whether you're introducing the kids to their first cast or chasing that once-in-a-lifetime Redfish or Snook, every trip with Captain Brian is designed with fun, connection, and adventure in mind.

These inshore charters aren’t just about catching fish—they’re about creating moments that bring people
together. From dolphins surfacing beside the boat to the wide-eyed joy of reeling in something wild, every trip feels like a breath of fresh air and a step away from the everyday. Captain Brian is a seasoned guide who knows how to make fishing fun and approachable for all ages and skill levels. And with a professional background in photography, he’ll help capture every proud smile and high-five, so the memories stick around long after the sun sets.

4-Hour Inshore Charter (Morning or Afternoon): Perfect for families or anglers with a tight schedule, this trip focuses on the productive inshore waters during those golden early or late hours. We’ll cruise the calm backwaters of Oak Hill, Edgewater, and the Indian River Lagoon in search of Redfish, Trout, Mangrove Snapper, Jack Crevalle, Sheepshead, and more. Light tackle and popping corks keep things active and exciting, especially for younger anglers. Expect quick bites, beautiful scenery, and plenty of action packed into a fun, family-friendly half-day.

6-Hour Inshore Charter: This is the sweet spot for anglers looking for more time on the water without committing to a full day. Launching early, we’ll beat the heat and take advantage of the morning bite while exploring everything from shallow flats to hidden backcountry channels. With more time, we can target a wider variety of species—Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Snook, Flounder, Mangrove Snapper, and even Blacktip Sharks. Plus, the added flexibility gives us the chance to move around and find where the fish are biting best.

8-Hour Inshore Adventure: This full-day experience is built for anglers who want it all. With eight hours to explore, we can fish the flats and mangroves of Oak Hill, drift the quiet creeks of Edgewater, and even push out toward the structures and jetties near Ponce Inlet. From sight-casting to schooling Redfish to wrestling hard-pulling Black Drum, this trip gives you the best shot at targeting a wide variety of species—and catching something big. Pack a lunch or plan to stop at one of the area’s scenic waterfront restaurants to take a break and recharge before heading back out.

All gear, bait, and tackle are provided, so all you need to bring is sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, your favorite drinks and snacks, and a cooler for your fillets if you’d like to take home your catch. With Captain Brian at the helm, your only job is to show up, enjoy the moment, and get ready to make memories that’ll last long after the rods are stowed.

From calm waters and scenic wildlife to the heart-pounding pull of a hooked-up Redfish, Captain Brian’s inshore trips are the perfect way to unplug, reconnect, and enjoy the magic of the water—one cast at a time.
