Texas rigs and shaky heads good around big stumps near flats or channels in 3-7 ft . Square bills good same areas . Carolina rigs ok in 12-15 ft near deep side of the main lake points .

Another fun family trip on Lake Conroe today! 🎣😁 Had a dad, mom, and son on the boat today. Dad and son had very little fishing experience, and Mom had never fished before! Well, wouldn’t you know it, Mom ended up catching the BIG fish of the day at 5 pounds, 5 ounces! 😂🎣 The son now has a personal best of 3 pounds, 9 ounces to beat! And Dad, well, let’s just say he got out-fished today! 😂 We all lost count of how many fish they caught and threw back. Every fish was released to be caught another...

Falcon has fallen 5 ft after a 5-6 ft rise that had put most of the fish in the brush and made fishing pretty tough. But now that it's almost out of the flooded stuff, the fishing is really good. 30-60 fish a day with some nice ones mixed in. Shallow crankbaits and senkos on a shakey head pretty much what we're catching em on

The reds are running the passes, and we’ve found a couple of big schools of redfish. A gold spoon has been the ticket!
Trout are still holding in the heavy grass close to deep water, while the flounder are starting to make their move in.
The winds have been strong and tides have stayed high, but a late bite along the King Ranch shoreline helped us finish off our limits.
