It s been so slow. Rick fush opened 4/1. Bad weather ont 4/1 and 4/2 so no charters. Todays 6 hr was hurtung for the first 1.5 hrs then they went fir Rockfish and kept 7. Really good eating.

Fantastic local fishing is going on right now with a mixed bag of sculpin, sheep pad, and whitefish. Our four and six-hour trips are producing really good catches near shore. Good quality today with the trio that is in season. Big sheep had big white fish and big sculpin.

The fishing is slow, but we are catching huge bass and crappie this year. Last week my buddy caught a 15.92-pound bass on a glide bait. We were catching a lot of fish using the hover stroll method, but now the bass are eating swim bait and A-rigs. Water temperature has dropped about 6 degrees, and that is why the bite has slowed. As soon as we get a little consistent weather, the lake will bust wide open. Most of the tournaments are taking 35+ pounds to win.
