Here's the report (please make it my caption): 🎣 The fishing has been excellent for the last month on the Indian and Banana River Lagoons near Melbourne, FL. We had awesome fishing Redfish, Black Drum, Seatrout, and Mangrove Snappers. We still had a decent sheepshead bite as well.

🧊 The return of colder weather is forecast for the foreseeable future. The cold weather will kick the Redfish and Sheepshead fishing back into high gear. Black Drum and Seatrout will be consistently good as well.

Reds are pretty active, a few monsters around. Flounder, sheepshead and some pompano have been the staple for eaters.

Still getting some great Reds in the inlet. While the Tarpon have become a little scarce the sheepshead and flounder are there when the swell cooperates.

Average 2-4' seas. Bait has been hard to find/catch. Our new Contender with the Sea Keeper ride makes for a great cruise experience offshore.
Big Black fin tuna bite has been consistent with several days of lighter current, allowing for deep water bottom fishing for the Vermillion snapper, with surprise Grouper catches mixed in.
