Fishing in the Canadian side of Lake St-Clair right now is very good. Perch are still spawning and when they are found it is abundant. Walleyes can always be found close to the perch as well and are aggressive. Seeing this mostly in 14-17 FOW. Perch and walleye are being taken with drop shot rigs and swimbaits.
The USA side is now open for smallmouth bass and is always productive. The Smallmouth are grouping up now in post spawn schools off shore and when you find one there is typically many close by. Seeing these schools now in and around...

Seeing these schools now in and around the 13-16' depth range. Swimbaits, crankbaits and A-rigs shine this time of year but a drop shot, tube and a hover minnow are also excellent options when the fish don't want to chase.
The bite continues to be consistent now that the spawn is complete . The Walleyes are making their move to the summer waters , being on the move almost daily but we've managed to catch limits on a daily basis when the winds prevail for us to be out . Most of the fish we're catching now are from 4-6lbs with usually an 8-9lb mixed in on most days . We're fishing shoreline contours anywhere from 20'-35' of water pulling crankbaits behind Offshore Tackle Planer Boards . Hope to see you guys on the water this year !

Dustin is a hands on guy great Captain and does everything he can to put you on fish we didn’t get the fish we wanted nothing on the captain just a bad day the boat and captain trust me is a easy all day trip no problem will definitely fish with him again
Don was a great captain for our trip. His boat was well maintained and clean. Don was great at explaining how best to fish for our group who were new to walleye fishing.
Captain Bob went above and beyond trying to put us on some fish. Eventually we were able to pull some in. Not the mother load but a great time just the same! My 9 year old is now hooked (yes pun intended) on walleye fishing.
Thanks,
BJ, Beth, and Gus
Sean was a super cool guy, really knows his stuff we caught our limit in August when other people were not. He has a very clean boat and nice equipment. Also does a heck of a job cleaning the fish for you. I highly recommend Sean.
