The fishing is pretty much shutdown this week due to small craft advisories. The last couple weeks have been good, but lots of spooky fish as well. Still catchable, just required longer casts to get them to eat before seeing the skiff.

Redfish have been good in the bays on sardines and cut mullet. Redfish, trout and sheepshead have been good at the Jetties on live shrimp and sardines.

The big girls are starting to show up in the Upper Laguna Madre and Baffin Bay. We’ve been doing really well on Speckled Trout up to 27" on artificials. Now through March is the time to catch a fish of a lifetime!
