Wait for the blackfin, stop throw bait. Started trolling again theres the bonita then the blackfin then out of nowhere 3 of the biggest Yellowfin tuna came up and pushed everything out of the way. I ran downstairs and grabbed the biggest reel and bait we had. Instant hook up. 4 hours later in the boat. 215 pound yellowfin tuna.

48" Bull red caught on a live mullet of ICW drop off by the shacks in Arroyo City Tx. Using light tackle 3000 shimano Sahara with a 7' rod light medium action. Took close to 25 minutes to bring in this big boy. Safely released to fight another day.

Josh and I had an awesome afternoon hunt with this big cold front that came in. There are ducks absolutely everywhere - big flocks of redheads, shovelers, pintails, and blue bills. The tides have been a little struggle, but my Mud Boat is running really well and I can get to shallow water everywhere now. If you would like to book a hunt, give me a call.
