What started as a passion for fishing these waters evolved into a disciplined, results-driven approach built on understanding tides, seasonal patterns, and real-time conditions across the Upper Keys inshore, reef, backcountry, and offshore fisheries.

Specializing in inshore and reef fishing—with access to the Everglades backcountry and nearby wrecks—Captain Kevin positions clients for success with a focused, no-wasted-time approach. Target species include Snook, Tarpon, Permit, Bonefish, Mangrove Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Grouper, and seasonal offshore fish like Mahi, Tuna, and Wahoo. From technical sight-fishing on the flats to productive reef and structure fishing, every trip is tailored to the client's goals and experience level.

Beyond fishing, Capt Kevin also offers private sandbar trips, remote beach days, and eco tours through the Everglades and surrounding reef systems. How did you get started guiding?

I’m really just a local backwater boy that got so hooked on fishing and exploring the fisheries that I had to start guiding to support the habit. 😂 In all seriousness, I really just enjoy sharing this experience called “life”with people and when you finally get someone out here and tight on that fish of a lifetime, it’s amazing how you watch them start LIVING!

What makes you different from other guides?

I do it all - Growing up in the Upper Keys with the Reef/Offshore Game, Flamingo and Biscayne Bay in our backyard, we’re privileged to have it all right here at our finger tips. I’ve obsessed about learning all I could about this giant playground since I was a kid. Still eager as ever to go out and learn more everyday! Come out with me! I’ll share that experience with you and we’ll have a damn good time while we’re at it!
