Scott's passion for fishing started at an early age and has taken him from Michigan to waters across Hawaii, Alaska, Nantucket, Yellowstone, and eventually South Florida.
After settling in Palm Beach, he applied that diverse fishing background to learning Florida's inshore waters and developed a particular passion for targeting Tarpon, Snook, and Redfish on fly.
Scott is most at home exploring wild, hard-to-reach water. Years of fishing, camping, backpacking, and wilderness travel have taken him deep into some of Florida's most remote fisheries, with the Everglades becoming one of his favorite places to guide.
Conservation is also central to his approach. Scott practices catch and release and supports organizations and initiatives focused on protecting Florida's fisheries and water quality so future generations can enjoy the same wild places he does.
