Captain Tanner has been casting rods since he could walk. He's had a passion for fishing his whole life, and for him, nothing compares to the joy he gets from catching a fish. Whether it's for work or fun, Tanner goes out on the water 7 days a week when he can!

Captain Tanner grew up in the Galveston area fishing the jetties and bays. He's spent the last decade living his out his dream of bay and near shore
fishing, and in 2020 he officially became a captain and started guiding charters. Tanner loves to put clients on fish, and you can be sure he'll work tirelessly to achieve that goal!

When you head out with him, Captain Tanner will anchor you by the Galveston jetties and get your rod set up with what the fish are biting that time of year. He'll then get you casting around the shelves and high rocks where the fish like to hang out. If the conditions are right, Captain Tanner might break out the bigger baits and rods to target some monster fish and sharks!
