About Your Trip

Join me, Captain Dan on a 5 or 8 hour nearshore trip. It's a nice relaxing day fishing the San Diego coastline. Just a 10- 15 minute cruise to our spot, after exiting the bay and a good chance of seeing seals, dolphin, or even whales along the way. Depending on the season, we will be bottom fishing with cut bait targeting sheephead, whitefish, sculpin, and rockfish, or casting live bait on surface for calico bass, barracuda, Bonito, yellowtail, and white seabass.
The boat is a 25' Key West center console fully loaded with all current electronics to get us on the fish. Plenty of seating options for a comfortable ride and fishing. There is a small toilet in the center console (very tight quarters, but use able).
There is a cooler with ice on the boat for any food or drinks you wish to bring (yes beers are ok. Please no glass), and a fish locker for your catch. I provide all the rods, bait, and tackle necessary for the trip. Fileting service are included in these trips as well. Just grab a valid California fishing license and any food or drinks you want.
