About Your Trip

Captain Tim is licensed, insured and qualified to put you on the fish and provide you with an unforgettable experience on the water. He and his family have been fishing/gigging Galveston Bay for more than 40 years. We specialize in trips with flexible start and finish times catered to your needs. Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids and pets are welcome aboard! Start times may adjust based on predicted conditions your Captain will keep a clear line of communication regarding this.

We will ensure your comfort and safety on our 20’ custom boat. This boat was built to hunt fish. Equipped Honda fan motor, 10 Jerry's LED Lights, 10” Garmon Echomap Livescope on the console and 9”Garmin mounted up front, power pole, custom seats, oxygen system for live bait and a smooth comfortable ride. Once you arrive at our well lite secure facility you will park next to clean restrooms with the confidence your vehicle and belongings will be safe and secure while you are enjoying your trip on the water.

Your captain will provide gigs, a fishing bow, walking light and gig if you want to get out of the boat, bug spray, ice and water.

We offer a variety of ways to get it done.

Start and finish times can vary according to your schedule or conditions. We can start fishing 2-4 hours before sunset then gig up some flounder for the duration of your trip. You can also start gigging/bowfishing 2-4 hours before sunrise and then fish first light for the duration of your trip.

One of our most exciting ways to catch fish is by sight casting to schooling/tailing reds in shallow water, birds working or nervous water situations. Our custom boat will allow us to get where the fish want to be! We will patrol shorelines and flats to locate fish. Sight casting is usually done by throwing top waters, artificial lures and or live bait. All trips include rod/reels, lures, tackle and live bait if needed.

Another way to put fish in the cooler is using live bait that we will provide. Mullet fresh caught in a cast net, crabs, croakers, piggy's and shrimp maybe used as live bait depending on the availability and conditions. We like to keep the bait lively with our oxygen system so you know your bait is working for you in the water. Live bait fishing can be done several different ways. Light tackle is our preferred method. Light tackle will allow you to enjoy the fight while securely landing your catch. This can be done bottom fishing on a reef, floating a cork or free lining with the current. Catching/gigging is what we do. Give us a chance and book your trip now for your best chance at Texas Tradition and get your "Texas Slam" on Galveston Bay
