What’s been almost as crazy as the fishing is the South Florida weather. Lately, the radar seems to promise a total washout just about every single day we head out. But somehow, our luck has held strong—we haven't been hit by a single storm all month. While everyone else is staying inside looking at gloomy forecasts, we’ve been out on the water's edge enjoying great weather and even better fishing.
Another enjoyable day on South Florida's freshwater waterways targeting the colorful and hard-fighting peacock bass!
We finished the outing with 13 peacock bass, including a beautiful 4-pounder. Several larger fish also made appearances, providing some exciting encounters and a few memorable missed opportunities.
Fishing was a little challenging at times, but the peacocks provided plenty of excitement when they decided to cooperate.

Captain Brett was awesome. Put us on some action. He was polite and easy to get along with. He went above and beyond, tying to help with taxidermist and make recommendations for dinner and things to do in the area. Will be booking with him again.

A terrific experience all around. Even though we didn’t catch many fish! As the crew said, that’s why they call it fishing and not catching! Still, we had a wonderful time and a lot of fun.

Trip: Iguana Hunting Insanity
Fantastic trip! It was our first time fishing anything but lakes and rivers. Alek was a great captain to take us out for this! He filleted all the fish we caught which we thought we were gonna have to find somewhere to process them to take back home with us. Thanks Alek! We will definitely book with you again!

Bryan was awesome. He put us on multiple species of fish. We had a blast. His knowledge of the area was great and he knew how to manage the water which was nice cause the water was rough.
