Fishing has been steady on the space coast! We're seeing catches of good whiting, bluefish and pompano. Some bigger black drum have showed up and they always make for a great fight. Sharks are present and fun for the whole family! Happy fishing

Redfishing has been great, Sheepshead a close second. There's been some scattered Black Drum and Trout action as well. On the warmer days we've started to see some juvenile Snook and Tarpon even!

It was the largest school I've ever seen. They were everywhere you looked around the boat for over an hour.

The fishing has been good to excellent on the Indian and Banana River Lagoons near Melbourne, FL. What I mean by that is, we have had very cold weather, especially in the mornings and on the back side of cold fronts. The cold weather slows the bite way down. On warmer, sunnier days, and especially in the afternoon, fishing can be excellent. It looks like our little section of the lagoons from Cocoa Beach to Grant has been mostly (but not all, some tarpon and snook died in shallow sections) spared from the fish kill 🙏. Sheepshead fishing has been the most consistent, with Redfish a close second on the cold days. Black Drum, Seatrout, and Mangrove Snappers are also around in the warmer days.

Here's some pics from several recent inshore trips in the Indian River. Fishing has been good & hopefully we don't have a big fish kill with this hard freeze forecasted for this weekend.

Capt. Neal was FANTASTIC. Our crew consisted of an old lady and two children (age 14 and 12) and our Captain knew all the best spots to catch fish…and where we could make a bathroom pit stop. He was informative and helpful as well as patient and accommodating. Adding to the adventure was the spotted trout we took home to make delicioso FISH TACOS!
