The weather this last week has kept us confined to the bay, but large numbers of reds and black drum still roam around inshore. All the fresh water has pushed the flounder out a little but that is starting to ease up some. On the days we have been able to get out front to the oyster reefs and cleaner water, the big trout (18"+) are feasting!!!

Two crews today and two limits of redfish! An absolutely epic day of fishing that will be hard to beat for a long time!
First trip, Mr. George and his two grandsons decided to join me for an early morning and ended up having an incredible 4 hour trip. On top of our 3 man limit, we caught several drum, flounder (one keeper), and sheepshead (3 keepers) along with a whole mess of reds that we put back for my afternoon crew! On top of our 3 man limit, we caught several drum, flounder (one keeper), and sheepshead (3 keepers) along with a whole mess of reds that we put back for my afternoon crew! The boys had never fished saltwater before and their first casts ended up in a double up of 19” redfish! I always enjoy fishing with Mr. Georgie and family!
Second trip, Chris, his wife, and granddaughter joined me for a very short 2 hour trip. We went to one spot and within no time, we had our limit of reds and were on our way back to the dock! It was their first time fishing in saltwater and within two casts, they had it figured out and were catching fish like they were pros! Quality folks from Tennessee going home with a great bag of fish!
All of this rain has pushed the redfish out of the rivers and into the bays and is has them chewing. It’s been a whole lot of fun finding them. If you want to get in on the action, now's the time!
Flounder moving into the bay real good, reds are feeding up, and the speckled trout are gorging themselves getting ready for the next spawning cycle. 18-22" trout can happen on any cast and is getting more likely every day. On the days that we get decent seas the nearshore trout fishing is phenomenal!

Speckled trout are starting to run the beaches and near-shore reefs and we have been stacking them up when the wind allows. Flounder are migrating into the bay in better numbers. Redfish are still roaming the shallows. Bait shops are starting to have live shrimp more often, allowing more consistent catches. We are entering one of the best fishing times of the year on MS Gulf Coast!! We just need people wanting to fish!!

Today's trip was a joint trip with Salty Bridges Charters out of Biloxi, MS. Conditions were perfect for heading south to fish out around our barrier islands. The day started with a quick trout bite followed by a steady sheepshead bite. We ended the day searching for Cobia where we landed one solid keeper to end the day. Clear skies and a rising tide all day made for solid fishing and even better memories made!

My boys (7 & 10 years old) and I had a great day with Corey. I’d highly recommend him as a guide. He has a beautiful boat, very knowledgeable, and very personable. It was a great day and we look forward to doing it again.
Me and my wife had an awesome time fishing with captain JJ while we were in Biloxi for our anniversary. Captain JJ put us on the fish, cleaned them and gave us great recommendation on a restaurant to cook them for us. It was a great day! I highly recommend!!
This is my second year charting with you. My financial advisor and his grandkids loves it and we are looking forward to year three if god is willing. Thanks again for everything.
Had a great time! Nathan is very knowledgeable of the area and the fish. He is very professional in his handling of the watercraft and fishing equipment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great fishing experience.
