The crazy good surf striper fishing continues along the NJ Cape! Soaking clams or bunker is yielding big striped bass, some nice sized bluefish, and pesky dog sharks and skates. Plugging the surf is hot! Lots of stripers to be had, and occasional mini blitzes of blues. With the cooler than normal water temperature the striped should stick around for awhile. Flounder fishing is fair, it would get better if the dirty water would clear up. And drum fishing in the Delaware Bay is finally heating up. Getting class to go out and play is the only issue.

After getting on the mahi early, the guys put some solid fish in the box, including a few bigger ones that made the trip even more memorable. Beyond the action offshore, days like these are what make fishing special, bringing families and kids together while creating memories and learning experiences out on the water. From the excitement of the catch to the teamwork on deck, it was another great day with an awesome crew.
