Fishing has been decent considering another summer of extremely warm waters Offshore Mahi have started to show up in decent numbers but most fish are smaller with a few decent fish here and there . Tuna has been consistent on the Humps , and deep dropping has been good when the sharks allow . Reef wreck The yellowtail night has been very good with several flags being boated just an about every trip we targeted them . Patch's reefs have produced great stacks of yellow Jack and cero mackerel an and decent mangrove snapper as well. The occasional African pompano has also been showing up on wrecks as well which is always a nice surprise All in all fishing continues to be relatively steady and we look forward to making more memories with our clients through the summer 🤙

We were on a pretty constant Bonefish bite till this past cold front, but the patch reefs are holding Mangrove, Yellowtail, YellowJacks, and Grouper. The next 5 to 6 days we'll be dry docked till the wind lays

As the year winds down I want to share my gratitude to all my clients for helping make 23 yet another successful year in fishing and adventure. Thanks to Captains Experience for contribution as well, we're building a fine relationship and I hope it builds. The fishing this year has been on par with most trips and exceptional in many cases. We're seeing a transition in seasonal species and we will find great catches in a lil cooler weather. Looking forward to 24 being an awesome year with many exciting fishing adventures.

Had a great day with Captain Dan and first mate. We pomptly set off and had a fantastic time pulling in a Mahi and half a dozen tuna. The trip was as much as we hoped for…good weather, great crew, and some fish to be cooked at a local restaurant. Capt. Ron was a true professional. He called me the morning of our departure to ensure we were still interested in the fishing trip since the weather was not fantastic (high winds). He provided details about the length of time to travel to/from the fishing spot and conditions while fishing. When we arrived (earlier than scheduled departure time) he was ready and willing to get started early. He put us on the fish and showed us how to cast and catch. We caught so may fish we could not take time to take pictures (except the few attached). It was an awesome experience and hope to book with Ron next time we are in Islamorada. 10 thumbs up!!

Took a trip out with my dad and we had a fantastic time. Captain Ken put us right on the fish throughout the entire day with ease. We were able to catch multiple species of fish steadily throughout the entire day without any lapse. In addition to catching big fish, we were able to see a nice variety of wildlife (dolphins, sharks, osprey, saltwater crocs, numerous species of birds). I would highly recommend booking a full day trip with Captain Ken. You will catch high quality fish and have a very pleasant day.
