The fishing is tough as the lake flooded blood red, and no oxygen in water to stir up stripers! We tried our best with live bait and artificial but still tough! Lots catfish tho!

Yellow bass bite is as hot as fire! But unfortunately ice in Illinois is gone. That means we have wading trips! Excited to start jacking small mouths with fly rods and conventional gear.

Catfish are doing good and the hybrids are okay; hybrids slowed down a little bit but they should come back in a couple weeks.

The Stripers are preparing for the spring spawn, so they are fattening up for the run. We are looking for birds circling over large schools of Stripers that are feeding on shad they have pushed to the surface. The bite has been aggressive on both live bait and artificial white slabs. Lake Texoma has the most generous limit in the state of 10 fish per person. Give us a call and reserve your date to experience the fishing at Lake Texoma; the Striper capital of the world!
