Come aboard Captain Jon’s custom-built Mako 21' LTS hybrid flats/bay boat for a great day of fishing and exploring the waters of southwest Florida. The hull design allows for both skinny water fishing and a comfortable ride to the nearshore reefs if the weather delivers a slight chop. She’s powered by a Mercury 200 horsepower Mercury four-stroke engine providing plenty of power and reliability. Twin 12-foot MinnKota Talons aka ‘shallow water anchoring system’ which allows Captain Jon to anchor the boat without using an anchor, while the Minn Kota Ulterra Trolling motor will quietly sneak up on skittish redfish or move along mangrove shorelines in search of snook and other game fish. Your fishing experience will be made easier thanks to the new Humminbird Solix with One-boat network total boat control and GPS/depth sounder with Mega imaging. The sounder will allow Captain Jon to see the fish before you catch them! While out on the water you can expect to hook into Redfish, Snook, Speckled Trout, Permit, and even Tarpon when they're around. Captain Jon always knows what's biting best and can give expert advice on what species will be best to target on a given day. He also provides all the fishing gear you could possibly need for a successful day out on the water including bait, tackle, and fishing licenses. All Captain Jon recommends that you bring are your favorite snacks and drinks, and a desire to catch some fish! Read More

trip description for Fort Myers Inshore Fishing Trip in Fort Myers Beach

On this fishing trip with Captain Rob, you'll fish the inshore waters of Estero Bay, Matanzas Pass, and Southern Pine Island Sound, looking for a variety of species including Mangrove Snapper, Sheepshead, Seatrout, Spanish Mackerel, Pompano, and Gag Grouper (when in season). While Captain Rob can accommodate 6 guests having 6 rods going at the same time, making casts to surrounding fish becomes incredibly cumbersome. So Rob likes to fish 4 people at a time while two look on and lounge about the boat. And trade off throughout the trip. There's no shortage of action either so don't let that disaude you! There's a little bit of everything on this trip; you'll get the enjoy the beautiful scenery, catch fun fighting fish, and take home an excellent dinner! You'll mix it up on this trip, using a combination of trolling and light-tackle fishing, changing your baits and lures depending on the weather, season, and target species. Captain Rob will take you out on his 25' SeaQuest center console, powered by a 300HP Suzuki engine. This boat is perfect for navigating the costal waters you'll be fishing. You will need to bring your sun protection, a hat, and some sunglasses and you'll be ready to hit the water. Be sure to pack an ice chest so that you can take home the tasty fish you'll catch! Captain Brandon was an awesome fishing guide! We have a 7 & 8 year and they have always wanted to catch a shark when we take fishing excursions. So this time I booked with Captain Brandon just for that reason. We landed some great bull sharks and had a great time. Capt. Brandon was also amazing with our kids. Since there is some waiting involved when fishing for sharks, he made the time enjoyable by being so engaged with our kids which I know they appreciated. I would highly recommend Capt. Brandon as a fishing guide and plan to book with him again.

The fishing charter with Captain Phil was the highlight of our trip to Florida this year! Phil and his first mate were very helpful and friendly throughout our 4 hrs trip. They made sure my 9 year old son had the best spot on the boat and were eager to help him land a few fish. Captain Phil helped us land a couple big fish and filleted our Cobia which gave us some tasty supper. We would definitely use Captain Phil again.

We had so much fun with captain joe on our deep sea fishing trip! We have been on a few different deep sea fishing trips but this was by far the best experience we have had! They took us to a couple different spots that were all very successful and we had a blast catching a 200 lb Goliath grouper. Would definitely go with them again!
