Captain Wayne has a tried and true method for fishing in Chesapeake Bay, with over 50 years of experience and 7500+ trips. He offers half-day trips departing at 5:30 AM and 12:30 PM. He starts by fishing at the end of May primarily chumming for Rockfish. By the beginning of June he also uses live lining with spot. Then in mid August Bluefish are mixed in with the Rockfish. Also by this time White Perch and Catfish can be caught by bottom fishing.
