Targeting primarily redfish and speckled trout with various fishing techniques from artificial baits, fresh cut ,and/or live baits. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Jeremiah is prepared to put you on fish. These waters are known for Jack Crevalle, Kingfish, Redfish, Sailfish, Red Snapper, Spadefish, and more. On the day of your trip, you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light tackle. Any fish within the legal limit is yours to keep. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Now that’s dinner! Capt. Jeremiah welcomes anglers of all ages, including kids, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. It’s never a bad idea to bring snacks, drinks, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). This is a half day private bay fishing trip for the family at South Padre Island. Target species are primarily speckled trout and redfish, but other species are caught when conditions permit.
