About Your Trip

Get out on the waters of Port Aransas and experience inshore fishing along one of Texas’ most productive coastal fisheries. These trips are designed to keep things fun, active, and productive while targeting some of the area’s most popular species.

You’ll have the option of a 4-hour, 5-hour morning, or full-day trip, all focused on chasing Redfish, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, and Flounder depending on the conditions. Fishing typically involves drifting and bottom fishing with light tackle, mixing in techniques like jigging and popping to stay on the bite throughout the day.

You’ll be fishing from a 23’ flats boat (Majek M2) built for navigating shallow water, reefs, and back bays. It’s equipped with GPS, fishfinder, trolling motor, and live bait well—everything needed for an efficient and comfortable day on the water. The boat accommodates up to 5 anglers, making it a great option for families or small groups.

All rods, reels, tackle, lures, and live bait are included, along with water to keep you going throughout the trip. At the end of the day, your catch will be cleaned and filleted by the captain at no extra charge.

These trips are family-friendly, and kids are welcome aboard. You’ll just need to bring a valid Texas fishing license, along with sunscreen (non-spray), sunglasses, and any snacks or additional drinks you’d like. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but glass containers and hard liquor should be avoided.

Whether you’re looking for a quick trip or a full day on the water, this is a straightforward and enjoyable way to experience inshore fishing on the Texas coast.

Everything is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.

You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
