About Your Trip

If you are in the area or plan on coming down, and would like to target crappie aka(speck) on Lake Okeechobee, book a half day or full day guide trip with me Captain Blake🎣 I am a local who grew up on the lake and I’m a avid fisherman I fish the lake year around, I’ll do my best to navigate you on my home waters and put you in the right areas to catch some fish❗️So come on down and check out what kind of fishing Lake Okeechobee has to offer❗️The crappie fishing is already warming up, and is only going to continue to get better thru the winter months👍🏾 The techniques I offer to target crappie are artificial(jigging) & Live bait(minnows). I provide the rods and reels needed to catch the fish, you can bring your own rods as well if you have some, I do not provide snacks or drinks so please pack something to drink and eat. Dress accordingly for the weather, bring snacks, drinks, sunglasses, sunscreen if you have fair skin.

You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

The deposit for this trip is non-refundable except for weather-related cancellations. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, bait, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
