About Your Trip

Wake up with the fish and chase down migrating giants on this thrilling 4-hour morning trip with Captain Ira! Set out aboard a spacious 35’ Harris boat, designed for comfort and serious fishing, as you target jumbo Striped Bass making their seasonal push up the coast to Maine. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or just looking for a fun, action-packed morning on the water, Captain Ira will make sure you’ve got everything you need for a great time and great fishing.

This boat has it all—room for up to six anglers, a clean onboard toilet for convenience, and a host of comforts like a bed, flybridge, refrigerator, kitchen, and even a multimedia system to keep things lively between bites. You’ll also find a GPS, radar, fishfinder, and a live bait well, giving you the best tools to locate and hook into the cows of the Striper run. There’s an ice box onboard to keep your drinks cold and your catch fresh, and snacks are included to keep your energy up while you fish.

Captain Ira provides all rods, reels, terminal tackle, and live bait, so you can just show up and get to fishing. Whether you're trolling the rips or drifting live bait through likely haunts, you’ll be fishing proven waters and tested methods tailored to the conditions and the behavior of the Stripers that day. The focus is on hooking into big fish and making lasting memories.

No need to worry about licenses—your trip includes all required permits for the day. And when the action slows down and the lines come in, the crew will clean and fillet your catch so you can take home dinner or a trophy to share with friends. With a helpful first mate onboard, you're in good hands from cast to cooler.

Captain Ira’s goal is simple: deliver an unforgettable fishing experience that starts with great gear, local know-how, and an early start chasing the fish of a lifetime. Morning is prime time for Striper action, and these four-hour trips are your chance to get in on it while the bite is hot. Just bring your favorite shades, some good vibes, and maybe a question or two—Captain Ira is happy to share tips and tales
