May was an incredible month aboard the Hooked Up Sport Fishing off the coast of South Florida! Charter fishing has been outstanding, with an abundance of blackfin tuna, sailfish, and a great start to the grouper season. While we didn't snap too many grouper photos, we did land a gorgeous yellow edge grouper! The weather was fantastic, though the Sargasso weed gave us a few mixed days but we adapted and kept the bites coming.

As we roll into June, we're gearing up for a big surge of mahi-mahi! With an abundance of Sargasso weed this year, it's looking like prime time for these mahi runs. Don't miss out book your charter now and join us for an unforgettable fishing adventure.

We had a great trip and caught lots of Mahi. The Mate stayed busy keeping the sea weed off the lures but the seaweed held lots of Mahi. We caught over 25 fish with 20 keepers over 20”. It was large seas but the captain kept us in fish all day. Just finished a meal of Grilled Mahi with Old Floridian Seasoning and Cilantro Salsa. Thanks!
