For 6 and 8 hour trips, you are slightly more limited by the commute and are usually restricted to less variety in your techniques and areas fished. 10 hour trips open a lot of doors to bouncing around different spots and targeting different pelagic fish like Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and rouge Tuna! You'll be fishing aboard a 30ft Sea Hunt with a capacity for 5 people. Its twin 300 HP Yamaha's will get you offshore in a hurry to make the most of the time spent motoring around! It comes with the essentials such as GPS, Fishfinder, a Live Bait Well, and an Ice Box to store your catches. Everything you reel in is yours to keep, and Captain Matt will happily clean any keepers for no additional cost! Captain Matt will provide all the rods, reels, tackle, and live bait. All you need to bring is sunglasses, sunscreen, and any snacks or drinks you might need, and rested arms... hooking into these pelagic beasts is one thing, getting them to the boat is the tricky part! Very nice trip . I enjoyed it

With a huge storm the day before and winds still keeping most boats off the water we did very well. 12 fish total with 2 being sharks. One fish we caught was bit in half! Great day on the beach! Learned so many new skills as well and Kathy is too notch at sharing her techniques and working diligently to keep all three of us busey with four rods. You won't find that from a boat. Honestly with four poles soaking, most double rigs totaling 7-8 baits in the water at all times seems much more productive than one rod per angler getting snagged on a reef or baits getting stripped. Being an avid angler myself I'm very impressed with my first time surf fishing under post cold front conditions when many fish get finiky and tuff to commit to feed. Thank you Kathy!!! I'll be back!
