Inshore- Redfish bite is picking up tremendously catching them on live bait near the Destin Pass area and deep water docks. Mangrove snapper's have been an easy target along the Destin jetties and bridges. Spanish mackerel and blue fish are still in the bay best method trolling for them.

Bowfishing- this is my favorite time of the year to Bowfish lots of activity at night on the flats, plenty of fish and rays to shoot out

Red snapper season is in full swing and they are biting well. We are catching limits on most trips with a few mackerel and jacks in between.

The past month has been absolutely on fire. Finding live bait such as cigar minnows and scaled sardines, along with squirrel fish have been the keys to getting limits. Dropping a Carolina rig with 30-50 lbs leader and 3-6 oz weights depending on the current has been the key to success. Can't find the live bait schools, no worries chum up the water real good and drop frozen cigar minnows and you should still pick up a few.
