Catching tons of big keeper trout after dark every day

Reds on cut mullet on shell reef. Trout on Crockett in 3 to 5 feet of water.

Fishing has been great, lots of oversized trout and reds are being caught.

The bay fishing has been good recently. Catching some solid speckled trout in deeper water. Larger lures and soft plastics that resemble larger bait fish are producing some hard strikes. The redfishing has remained good throughout the past couple of months. Except one week when we received a crazy amount of rain. The fishing has stabilized since that rain storm. Both soft plastics and fresh cut bait have remained good choices for redfish. Shrimp and mullet colored worms are working for me. Expect the trout bite too only get better through out the next couple of weeks.
