Fishing reports straight from our guides in Aransas Pass
The reds are running the passes, and we’ve found a couple of big schools of redfish. A gold spoon has been the ticket!
Trout are still holding in the heavy grass close to deep water, while the flounder are starting to make their move in.
The winds have been strong and tides have stayed high, but a late bite along the King Ranch shoreline helped us finish off our limits.

Bull reds are starting to group up and making their way through passages. Look for moving water and bait. Trout have slacked alittle but good quality keepers are still in 2 to 3ft of water around grassy potholes. Tight lines!

Trout bite has been pretty good reds and drum have been a little harder, but we have been getting on some a few starting to get a little hot out there having to do everything pretty early

Fishing the Coastal Bend in Port A and Aransas Pass has been steady even with water temperatures in the upper 80's and low 90's. Red Drum being caught on cut mullet, and Piggy Perch up shallow near grass lines. Black drum are scattered in deeper water off channel edges. Lots of trout being caught on grass edges with Piggy perch.
