Our Catalina trips are like no other . Enjoy the trip starting off as we get live bait from the receiver and embark on our journey to fish the island . I’ve been fishing these waters for over 30 years and with knowledge of the island and proper intel, I will decide what’s the best area to fish. Depending on the season, we fish primarily for yellowtail ,White Seabass , halibut calico bass , bonito , and barracuda. During the off-season we fish for halibut white seabass , rockfish , sheephead and whitefish . Don’t be surprised if we see kelp patty dorado, yellowtail , yellowfin tuna and bluefin tuna on our way there and back in the summer . I will definitely stop and try to get them hooked .
