    Rafa is the man. He was on time, prepared, informative and knew how to attack tarpon. It was a slow day for the catching side of things but Rafa managed to get us on fish. My wife and I both landed a couple 4 to 5 lb fish and we hooked a bigger fish (12 to 15lb) that gave us a jumping show but came unhooked at the boat. We got to meet Bob the pelican as an added treat.
