The tributaries around lake Erie are home to some absolutely epic Steelhead fishing—probably the best in all 50 states! Kurt specializes in guided flyfishing trips here in Conneaut, Ohio, where you can enjoy three full days of incredible fishing along with delicious meals and comfortable lodging, all for one reasonable price! Because water conditions and especially rainfall have a huge impact on how the fish move and what tributaries will be fishing best, urt and all his guides personally fish these waters daily and stay on top of fish movements and water conditions to ensure you're fishing the best water. They also make sure to personalize each trip so that you can experience the thrill of late-fall hooksets on powerful Steelhead. To that end, Captain Kurt has access to a lot of private water sections that allow for unlimited trophy catches! Kurt also specialize in hosting larger fishing groups (i.e. fly fishing clubs, corporate outings, etc.) You'll need to bring your own waders, and Kurt highly recommends you test them for cracks and holes before you bring them along! Also bring rain gear and multiple layers (gloves and winter caps if the weather suggests), sunglasses, and your own fly gear if you'd like. Kurt will have rods rigged and ready to go and will supply all the flies, but loves when his clients bring their own gear as well!
