    We had an epic hunt with Clayton! We got into town late and crashed at his lodge spot in the middle of town. It has everything you need (and nothing you don't) to sleep a big group and we all had a great night's sleep. We were up early and followed Clayton to his tucked away spot. We got settled in the blind and Clayton started calling em in! The season hadn't hit full swing but we managed to bag some nice birds.     Overall today was just to hot of a day. We saw a lot of birds and David done everything above and beyond to get us on birds but the birds just weren’t cooperating. But definitely a good time. However evening hunt had very few birds flying (approx 10) and then the morning hunt the next day was bit more active with about 25 birds flying. Low bird activity was probably due to lateness in season and the recent mowing down of the sunflower fields. Would do it again, just need to go earlier in the season. The Captain Experience booking system was easy to use and their customer service was great.
