These fish are great fighters and also excellent table fare, whether you opt to prepare them as raw sashimi or seared on the grill. To catch these fish, you'll be using a combination of trolling and drift-fishing. Keep you eye on the rods, because when that tip dips, it's time to bring your A-game! Because there are so many species to target, you'll mix it up with several different fishing techniques. That could include trolling for Barracuda and Mahi, which love fast-moving baits and lures, and bottomfishing for Rockfish and Amberjack, which hang out near undersea structure, and even letting out some lines to hit surface-feeding Bluefin.
