Head out with Captain Bryan for an incredible inshore experience in Venice Louisiana! On a typical day, you will leave the dock at “safe light” and will find yourself running through a maze of bayous, bays, and marshes on your way to one of the many Louisiana fishing locations in the area. Captain Bryan will provide all the rods, reels, tackle, and bait you could possibly need for a successful day out on the water! So all you need to bring is your Louisiana fishing license, your favorite snacks and drinks, and let Captain Bryan get you hooked into the fish! Read More

On this epic trip, you'll run out up to 180 miles offshore with Captain Donnie to chase down some of the hardest-fighting and finest-tasting fish the ocean has to offer. These overnight trips are great for targeting big-time Yellowfin Tuna out on the Midnight Knob, located roughly ~170 miles offshore. In addition, you'll be able to go after Swordfish, Sailfish, Marlin, and more! If you're an offshore angler looking to knock some species off your bucket list, there's no better way to do it. In order to fish as efficiently as possible, you'll switch up techniques in order to capitalize on the fishes' feeding patterns. For example, because Tuna spend most of their time feeding on squid down at great depths, and only rise to the surface in the early hours of the morning, you'll only troll for Tuna at that time, then switch back to drifting for Swordfish, chasing Sailfish, or targeting other species. Captain Donnie leaves it all out there when you choose to fish with him. He will work tirelessly to make sure you get the best opportunities at the fish you're trying to catch. His 35' Contender is equipped with all the best rods and reels (as well as electric reels for deep dropping), plus all the tackle you could possibly need for a successful day out on the water! Be advised: Fuel is included in the price of this trip! Head out deep with Captain David to chase down some of the hardest fighting and finest-tasting fish the ocean has to offer. The Tuna fishing in Venice can be good year-round! Like most types of fishing though, weather patterns and fish habits can be unpredictable, not to mention Tuna notoriously spend most of their time at unreachable depths. For the best chances at giant Yellowfin Tuna look to book your trip in the Fall or Winter months and definitely book an overnight trip. Though Tuna can be caught anywhere from 5 to 200 miles offshore, the overnight trip is highly recommended if you really want the best shot at some big Yellowfin. Billfishing is also good offshore of Venice, LA. You can target Marlin, Sailfish, and even happen to hook into a Swordfish! Captain David is committed to making sure his customers have a great experience out on the water. He will work his tail off to get you onto the fish! His brand new 40' Sea Hunter is the perfect fishing vessel for these waters equipped with all the latest gear, gadgets, quality fishing tackle, and a comfortable head! Read More

Come join Captain John for the fly fishing adventure of a lifetime! On this full-day trip, Captain John will be your host as you fish and explore the Mississippi River delta, south of New Orleans. The focus is Redfish, specifically giant "bull" Redfish. Nothing compares to the thrill of watching 30 pound Red crawling, backing, and tailing on super clear, skinny water flats of the Mississippi River delta! You'll also have the opportunity to target oversized Black Drum and Sheepshead. Most days, these fish will readily eat just about any fly cast in front of them. That’s not to say these fish are easy, though. It takes quick accurate casts to get the fly in front of the fish. Whether this is your first trip or you’re a seasoned veteran to these waters, Captain John will take you hotspots and show you tips you won't soon forget! You'll be fishing aboard a 24' Yellowfin bay boat that can hold up to 2 guests. Powered by a 300 HP Mercury Verado engine, this vessel will bounce you around the Louisiana flats with ease! She comes complete with GPS, Fishfinder, a Live Bait Well and snorkeling equipment. Captain John will provide all rods, reels, tackle and flies. All you need to bring is a Louisiana fishing license. We also recommend bringing polarized glasses (possibly the most important piece of equipment besides the flyrod), sunscreen, a camera and appropriate clothing for the conditions. Goretex jackets and bibs are appropriate for all seasons. If you want to bring your own rod, Captain John recommends 8, 9, & 10wt fly rods with weight forward floating line and your favorite flies. 5 star Captain!! James is one of the best guides we have ever been out with. He put us on fish all day and worked hard to make sure we always had what we needed- he even shared his ball cap with me when he realized I had forgotten mine. I can not say enough good things about him, great fisherman and a great guy!!!

Captain Daryl was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and laid-back. He made our fishing trip beginner-friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we caught the fish we were after. We reeled in every species you’d want during our inshore adventure! His teaching skills were top-notch, and he never once made me feel inadequate due to my lack of fishing experience. Plus, he had a great sense of humor that kept us laughing throughout the trip. Best fishing trip I’ve been on! I can't wait to go fishing with him again!

Good guide, knows where the fish are, would have like to see tactical changes made for different species or when the bit slowed down. I’d like to see a variety in the arsenal you know. That’s just me being my hardcore fishing self. My wife loved it because we didn’t have to clean or fuel our boat. I agree it’s nice just being a paying customer. The hard thing for me and being very expirienced is you expect everyone to be like you. Tommy did us right and I appreciate his hard work. I’d use Tommy again and would recommend Tommy to others

I’ve fished in several states all over the country including AK and Troy was by far the best “Captain “ we have used. Picked us up right off our house boat! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Was also patient with kids. Will definitely be going back!

Went out with Captain Davide on June 5,2023. His in depth knowledge of the waters ( fishing he area since he was 9y.o.) really made the difference. We were on fish almost all day. He knew how to target each species and the best place to get them. He organized the day to target species that would keep us reeling fish in. Combination of American reds (15), Tuna(6), and variety of other species . Not to mention the wahoo that broke me off ( Damn near the biggest I ever saw). Ended with a day of heat exhaustion for me, 2 hours of fish cleaning for David, and buying 3 extra coolers for the haul home. Be careful...... There is alot of mean mugging at the cleaning station. Most everyone else got skunked that day. Thanks Capt. David Dr, James Hill Ft. Lauderdale Fl.

Jace is a great captain, he knew exactly where the fish were and we had non stop action. We went on a MEAT HUNT.

Captain Jacob gets 5 BIG stars from my son Tyler and I. We had a fantastic trip with him yesterday. I cannot imagine there is a better fishing guide in the area . He had us on huge donkey red snappers in no time and he took us to many other locations for other species, since we had limited out on red snapper in the first 2 hours of fishing. His boat was immaculate. As a marine surveyor I look at these things as the safety of my son and myself is very important. Captain Jacob has a great sense of humor and makes sure his guests have a great time. Definitely choose him for your trio.

Mike did a great job trying to put us on fish we had a 25 mph wind all day which is tough fishing for anyone my 5 year old and my 10 year old went out with us Mike was patient with both of them and helped both of them land some fish while I was fishing as well Mike's boat is also top notch smooth ride got to listen to some good tunes as well thanks again Mike for making my boys first time on the water memorable we will be back to fish with you again!

Captain David was very good and interesting to talk with. Our first day out his deck hand had misunderstood our fishing days and was unable to go so David had to do the trip himself. He did his very best but unfortunately we didn't catch anything and helped him as much as possible. The second day he had two deckhands and it went so much more smoothly and they were very informative and very knowledgeable. They tried their best to put us on fish but it didn't work to our favor. We caught one swordfish. It was a very expressive trip for one fish but I understand that happens. I would definitely use captain David again and hope to try it again next year
