The five and six hour trips are usually booked with intentions of ether half the trip inshore and other nearshore, or the entire trip nearshore. After leaving the dock it’s a short trip to where we will be stopping to buy/catch live bait for your trip. Depending on the trip booked we will usually ride anywhere from 5 to 30 min to the fishing grounds. Longer rides are the nearshore trips. The tackle most commonly used on the inshore trips are light tackle 3000-4000 spinning reels with 20lb braid.
