Booking a guide is also more cost effective, especially if you only get out a handful of times per year. When you consider all of the costs you would incur on your own such as the price of a boat, maintenance, insurance, gas, high-quality gear and tackle, repairs, and more, you’ll find that DIY is sometimes not worth the expense.

Booked this trip for my bachelor trip and it did not disappoint from the time we booked to the day we got on the water. We had great guides that put us on the fish that day. The service was top tier especially dealing with 9 people on one boat which was very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend booking with Tommy’s fishing service, and will be back for some more action.

Joe is great. My friend, and I spent 4 hours with him on Sunday morning. I have very little personal experience fishing, and was a little apprehensive. Joe was fantastic in every way. He explained the technique we would use, baited our hooks, and took us to 4 different spots. We caught a lot of fish! I had hoped to catch something we could take home and eat, and we did. A nice sized redfish that Joe cleaned and cut into filets for us. Joe “teaches you” by explaining what he’s seeing, and why we would move to different areas along the way. This made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend booking a tour with Joe.
