The network of canals stretches for miles, and over 2 days you will have plenty of time to explore it. Y'all will be staying in the newly renovated cabins, bunkhouses, or houseboats that sit on the bayou for a beautiful view of the bayou. Besides Redfish and Speckled Trout, the flats are home to Black Drum, Flounder, and Redfish, all of which are delicious.
