"The Bolivar Pocket is holding lots of specks along with some sand shark, using live croakers. The Texas City Dike is holding some specks at the end under lights. Need to fish the incoming tide. The water temperature is 84 degrees. Fish over shell in East Bay for specks, also a big school of redfish under birds in East bay. Stay safe."-Captain Mike
