A monster cobia and mackerel caught with Captain Brandon!
Some great speckled trout and redfish caught with Captain Chad, and of course, the matching shirts helped!
"Trips have slowed down since school is back in session. We have found a good trout bite, even in the afternoon. Reds are starting to bite better as well. Croaker has been the bait of choice this week. Tried some artificial lure fishing with limited success. Weather will be the big question going forward, with storms in the gulf and hurricane season cranking up. As I write this heavy rains and storm serge have just hit the Galveston bay. We will be venturing out later this week to see what Mother Nature has left for us. The last picture is a bobcat we watched swim across the ICW. Just another one of the crazy things you see out on the bay!" -Captain Harry
This couple had a great time flounder gigging with Captain Mike for their anniversary!
"Before the storm I had a good catch in Galveston Bay using live shrimp. I need to check the damage from the storm, a lot of fishing camps got a lot of damage. Give Galveston a week or so to get back to normal. The jetties should be the place to fish for oversized redfish!" - Captain Mike
Captain Mike has been getting his trips on big bull reds!
