This is a three person half day private bay fishing trip at South Padre. This trip is typically around 5 hrs long and primarily targets speckled trout, redfish, and black drum. Other species may also be caught on this private bay fishing excursion. Amateur to avid anglers are welcome. Clients can expect to try fishing with artificial soft plastics and or fresh cut bait. This is a full day (7hr) private bay fishing trip for two people targeting primarily redfish and speckled trout on the pristine waters of the Lower Laguna Madre. This trip is geared up for anglers that are more experienced or intermediate level fishermen and will keep at it throughout the day. This is an avid fisherman’s trip entailing a lot of lure fishing out along the grass flats and probably will end up a far distance from the dock(South Padre). Targeting primarily redfish and speckled trout with various fishing techniques from artificial baits, fresh cut ,and/or live baits. This is a half day private snook fishing trip. This trip is designed for the more experienced angler or someone who is willing to learn how to cast accurately. Client will fish with artificial baits and asked to cast at specific objects and/ or angles. Live baits may also be used on a limited basis. Snook are aggressive and fast fighting fish that will jump and put on a good fight. The slot limit on snook is restricted to a 4 inch slot. This is a two person duck hunting trip in the Lower Laguna Madre leaving from South Padre Island, Texas. Species of ducks that winter here are Pintails, Redheads, Teal, Widgeon, Shovelers, Scaup, Buffleheads, Ruddy Ducks and Mottled Ducks plus more. Typically hunt over decoy blocks of at least 70 decoys. Guide will provide a retriever. Clients can bring their own dog if approved by guide. Season typically runs from first weekend of November through last weekend in January. Season is split and is out of season from last Sunday after Thanksgiving and Starts again on second Saturday in December. Hunters need approximate license and waterfowl stamps plus HIP enrollment.
