We will meet at a predetermined location that is best for you and provides quick access to fishing. I provide the rods, reels, tackle and bait for the day. I just need you to bring your drinks and snacks in a small cooler and to make sure everyone has a valid fishing license. We will fish from my 24’ Sea Pro with Suzuki 200 hp engine to get there fast, using live bait most days; we will fish reefs, jetties or other structure around Galveston Bay. Once we are done we will return to the dock where I will clean and filet your fish and package them in gallon ziplock bags. Do we fish if it’s raining or windy? Safety is a priority. If there are severe storms in the area or if the wind is out of control, I’ll suggest we delay or try to reschedule the trip. On the day of your trip you'll head out aboard Captain Corey's 23' Stoner Super Cat to explore the bays and backwater grass lines around Freeport. You can fish from the boat or get out and wade depending on your preference, but either way your main quarry for the day will be Speckled Trout, Redfish, Flounder, and the occasional Sheepshead as well.
