On this fishing trip with Captain Rob, you'll fish the inshore waters of Estero Bay, Matanzas Pass, and Southern Pine Island Sound, looking for a variety of species including Mangrove Snapper, Sheepshead, Seatrout, Spanish Mackerel, Pompano, and Gag Grouper (when in season). There's a little bit of everything on this trip; you'll get the enjoy the beautiful scenery, catch fun fighting fish, and take home an excellent dinner! You'll mix it up on this trip, using a combination of trolling and light-tackle fishing, changing your baits and lures depending on the weather, season, and target species. Captain Rob will take you out on his 25' SeaQuest center console, powered by a 300HP Suzuki engine. This boat is perfect for navigating the costal waters you'll be fishing. You will need to bring your sun protection, a hat, and some sunglasses and you'll be ready to hit the water. Be sure to pack an ice chest so that you can take home the tasty fish you'll catch! You'll be fishing in around 70 feet of water, which is perfect of catching up a wide variety of Snappers, Grouper, Porgies, Grunts, Jacks, and more! The action can be fast and furious, with bites often coming within seconds of dropping down a bait. Captain Dan targets "keeper" sized fish on these trips, so that you can go home with a delicious dinner! However, these fish are generally not trophy size. We had an outstanding fishing trip with Captain Jack, and caught our target species at the first location of the day. In my experience this is rare. The snook were big, hungry, and plentiful. My son and his friend were astounded by the 30 inch snook's ability to fight. We had a great time, and I highly recommend Jack.

Captain Brandon was an awesome fishing guide! We have a 7 & 8 year and they have always wanted to catch a shark when we take fishing excursions. So this time I booked with Captain Brandon just for that reason. We landed some great bull sharks and had a great time. Capt. Brandon was also amazing with our kids. Since there is some waiting involved when fishing for sharks, he made the time enjoyable by being so engaged with our kids which I know they appreciated. I would highly recommend Capt. Brandon as a fishing guide and plan to book with him again.

Kirk B. with Brandon S. of Naples, Florida

If I could give six stars I would. I probably couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience saltwater fishing. James is clearly passionate about the waters and his knowledge was shown with every question we had answered. James was beyond patient, professional, and cares about his clients’ time. James knew where the action was and put us on some fish. I had an excellent time catching multiple species. Overall, my buddy and I felt welcomed and enjoyed hanging out with James and his mate Joe. Solid dudes. Would recommend booking and I will book again when I’m back in the area. Future charters have some big shoes to fill!
