Is booking a fishing guide worth the money?

Hiring a guide provides a number of benefits and many choose to book a fishing guide for a combination of experience, local knowledge, convenience, and cost-effectiveness.

Dustin gave me a fabulous day on the water. I learned more about fishing today than I had ever learned before. He was incredibly helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and gave me hints about fishing in Charleston that were spot on. When Dustin told me where to cast, and how to fish based on the cast, he was right in all occasions. He went out of his way to make my trip something to remember forever

Captain Tim was great all through, from early communication/coordination to execution of our 4 hour charter for 4 guys. He showed us how he netted baitfish, then we set up on bull redfish. We were into them quickly and everyone in our party boated fish. Then we relocated because we wanted to try for shark and once again we got on them quickly, and again we all boated fish. Bargain plan, one good size ray was also caught. Highly recommend you try booking Captain Tim.
