He was great with our 5 year old son and answered all of his many fishing questions. John made it clear that between the time of year and conditions that day we would have to really work at it to get anything. That’s exactly what we did and we ended up catching a good amount of fish. Most importantly our 5 year old son, who is obsessed with fishing, had the time of his life and caught fish he’s never seen before. 5 stars, highly recommend.     Hunter and his crew were excellent, it was a first time going lobstering so they made everyone feel very safe and comfortable going over everything in detail and going with us to enure our comfort and saftey. Althugh we did run into some weather they worked very hard to get us on lobsters and work around the weather. The first time we drop in the water there my friend had a lobster right under him within a minute. As weather progressed they even gave us credit since we couldn't stay out the entire time even though it was already a great experience. We will be back again.

    We highly recommend this father and son guided trip. Fishing with my husband and I were our 7 and 10 year old granddaughters, daughter and son in law. The boat was older but very clean. The cabin with a small fan and cooler filled with water and cold drinks was nice. We caught 7 mahi mahi and they made sure each one of us had the thrill of reeling in our fish. Back at the dock, our fish were cleaned and bagged to bring home. Our granddaughters were given the skins and shown how to hold them off the side of the boat to feed the huge tarpon while nurse sharks were circling. An exciting end to an awesome trip.
